As part of the Faculty’s commitment to enhancing the practical dimension and developing students’ professional skills, the practical training for the Restaurant Management course was carried out for second-level students in the Hospitality Business Management Program on Saturday, February 21, 2026.
The training addressed the applied aspects related to restaurant management and operations, service methods, and organization within the hotel work environment, thereby contributing to preparing students in line with the requirements of the labor market in the hospitality sector.
