Prof. Yasser
Magdy Hatata, President of Fayoum University, held the preparatory meeting for
the 18th Science Day celebration in 2025. The meeting was attended
by Prof. Assem El-Essawy, Vice President for Community Service and
Environmental Development and Supervisor of Postgraduate Studies and Research;
Prof. Sherif El-Attar, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs; Mr.
Ahmed Rashad, Secretary General of the University; and members of the
organizing committee. The meeting took place on Monday, December 22, 2025, in
the meeting hall.
During the meeting, it was decided
that the celebration would be held in March. The event will honor faculty
members who have received Fayoum University Appreciation Awards and Excellence
Awards in various fields, the Ali El-Ashiri Award, and the Translation
Excellence Award. Distinguished individuals in the field of translation, former
academic and administrative leaders, top graduates, and outstanding students in
extracurricular activities will also be recognized.
