Under
the patronage of Prof. Yasser Magdy Hatata, President of Fayoum University,
Prof. Sherif El-Attar, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs,
attended the training course organized by the University Information Center in
cooperation with the University's Education and Student Affairs sector. The
course focused on training participants on the S.I.S. program and was
supervised by Prof. Rania Abu El-Saoud, Executive Director of the University
Information Center.
Also
present were Prof. Ahmed Baqoush, Director of the University's Information
Systems Unit, and Ms. Rehab Abdel-Raouf, Director General of the General
Administration for Education and Student Affairs. The course took place on
Sunday, January 25, 2026, at the University Information Center.
This
training course is part of Fayoum University's ongoing development efforts,
aimed at facilitating services for students and staff. The S.I.S. program is
the new alternative to the current M.I.S. program, which is already implemented
in several Egyptian universities. It is crucial for recording student data and
results, and for monitoring all aspects of student affairs.
It is
worth mentioning that the training course will continue from 25/1/2026 to
17/2/2026, and will include a theoretical part and a practical part applied to
the S.I.S program.
