Prof. Sherif Mohamed Sabry El-Attar, Acting President of Fayoum
University, accompanied by Prof. Assem El-Essawy, Vice President for Community
Service and Environmental Development, inaugurated the "Spectrums of the
Soul" exhibition by visual artist Dr. Suzan Adel Eid, Lecturer of Drawing
and Painting at the Faculty of Specific Education, on Monday, August 24, 2026,
at the Faculty.
The inauguration was attended by Prof. Hany Abdel-Badi, Dean of the
Faculty, Prof. Ghada Youssef, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, Prof.
Shaimaa Youssef, Professor of Educational Technology, and a number of faculty
members.
The exhibition represents a visual journey into the depths of the human
psyche and spirit, expressed through the language of colors and the rough
texture of the paintings. This aims to highlight unseen energy and transform it
into tangible visual images, creating a state of continuous movement. The
artist employed color treatments in the style of abstract expressionism,
reinforcing the exhibition's concept, which is based on an abstract
expressionist style imbued with intangible spiritual, emotional, and
philosophical energy.
