The Fayoum University Council,
chaired by Prof. Sherif Mohamed Sabry El-Attar—acting President of Fayoum
University and Vice President for Education and Student Affairs—honored Prof.
Assem Fouad El-Essawy, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental
Development and for the sector of Postgraduate Studies, Cultural Relations, and
Research. This recognition acknowledges his distinguished efforts and
