Under
the patronage of Prof. Yasser Magdy Hatata, President of Fayoum University,
Prof. Assem Fouad El-Essawy, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental
Development, Prof. Sherif El-Attar, Vice President for Education and Student
Affairs, and Mr. Ahmed Rashad, Secretary General of the University, attended
the fifth annual Administrative Excellence Ceremony for administrative staff
and employees. The ceremony was held on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, in the
Grand Celebration Hall.
Also in
attendance were Prof. Mona El-Khashab, Member of the Senate; Mr. Amr Mady,
Assistant Secretary General for Financial Affairs; Mr. Abdel Nasser Bakry, General
Director of Community Service and Environmental Development and Head of the
Syndicate Committee; Ms. Hala El-Sweify, General Director of Public Relations and Media; and a number of deans,
vice deans, and staff members. The ceremony was organized in cooperation with
the Sports Committee, the Syndicate Committee, and the General Administration
of Public Relations and Media.
During
his speech, Prof. Assem El-Essawy emphasized that the university is committed
to organizing Excellence Day for the fifth year to recognize the efforts of
administrators and their achievements across various committees. He affirmed
that this approach fosters a sense of belonging among staff.
Prof.
Sherif El-Attar noted that Fayoum University supports the achievement of
institutional excellence and that cooperation among faculty members,
administrators, and students is fundamental to the university's progress. He
explained that the university has made significant strides toward
administrative and academic development in recent years.
Prof.
Ahmed Rashad also stressed that excellence has become a necessity dictated by
the current circumstances. He pointed to the university's ongoing development
of its infrastructure, modernization of administrative systems, support for
digital transformation, and enhanced transparency. He emphasized that working
at the university is a mission that demands dedication and commitment.
For his
part, Mr. Amr Mady explained that institutional development at the university
is based on governance and transparency. He stressed the importance of
expanding digital transformation and streamlining administrative procedures,
affirming that the Excellence Day celebration reaffirms the university's
commitment to a culture of innovation and success.
Mr.
Abdel Nasser Bakry emphasized that the ceremony embodies the university's
appreciation for outstanding employees who have exemplified commitment,
discipline, and teamwork, and that excellence has become a daily practice that
supports continuous development within the university.
At the
conclusion of the ceremony, 99 administrators and staff members were honored
and presented with university shields and certificates of appreciation in
recognition of their outstanding efforts and contributions.
