Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Taher Hassan Mohamed, Acting Dean of the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels – Fayoum University and Acting Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, and under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Hesham Ezzat, Head of the Department of Hotel Studies, the practical examination for the "Hotel Culinary Fundamentals" course was held for second-level students enrolled in the Hospitality Business Administration Program, as part of the Faculty's commitment to developing students' practical skills and bridging theoretical knowledge with hands-on training.
The course instruction and examination supervision were undertaken by Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abdel Wahab and Prof. Dr. Omar Qoura, reflecting the Department's dedication to providing an integrated applied learning experience that refines students' culinary skills in accordance with established academic and professional standards.
Students demonstrated a distinguished level of practical performance throughout the examination, reflecting the skills and applied knowledge they have acquired in the field of food preparation, in line with the Faculty's commitment to advancing the educational process and preparing qualified professionals capable of competing in the hospitality labor market.
