Under the auspices of Prof. Yasser Magdy Hatata,
President of Fayoum University, Prof. Sherif El-Attar, Vice President for
Education and Student Affairs, Prof. Arafa Sabry Hassan, Vice President for
Postgraduate Studies and Research, and Prof. Assem El-Essawy, Vice President
for Community Service and Environmental Development, inspected the Model Unit
for Bakery (local and French bakeries) affiliated with the Agricultural
Experimental and Research Center at the Faculty of Agriculture on Monday,
October 6, 2025, on campus.
The
visit was attended by Prof. Bothaina Youssef Fouad, Dean of the Faculty of
Agriculture, Mr. Ahmed Rashad, Secretary General of the University, the
college's vice deans, faculty members, and staff.
The
visit aims to monitor the regularity of the bakery's operations, ensure its
adherence to health and quality standards, and ensure the regular supply of
local bread to university students, according to the specified quantities and
times. The visit also aims to provide other types of French baked goods, pies,
and dry baked goods, along with some products for special occasions and
holidays, which are displayed and sold at the unit's outlets and the sales
outlet of the Faculty of Agriculture at Fayoum University.
