Under
the patronage of Prof. Yasser Magdy Hatata, President of Fayoum University,
Prof. Assem El-Essawy, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development,
accompanied by Prof. Sherif El-Attar, Vice President for Education and Student
Affairs, inaugurated an art exhibition entitled "A Journey into the Depths
of Colors" at the Faculty of Specific Education.
The
opening was attended by Prof. Hany Abdel-Badi, Dean of the Faculty; Prof. Ghada
Youssef, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs; Dr. Fatima Mohamed,
Assistant Professor in the Department of Art Education and supervisor of the
exhibition; Mr. Sayed El-Shoura, Director of the Faculty; and a number of
faculty members, teaching assistants, and students. The inauguration took place
on Sunday, May 10, 2026, at the Faculty.
The
exhibition featured 80 paintings created by students who combined their
artistic vision to achieve creative theories through the harmony and contrast
of primary and secondary colors and the use of wood. These works reflected
their deep understanding of color techniques and their application in
expressing ideas.
On the
sidelines of the exhibition, the attendees followed a number of graduation
projects that the students are working on, amid praise for the outstanding
level of the students and their artwork.
