Faculty of Engineering : Graduation Ceremony 2026

Under the patronage of Prof. Yasser Magdy Hatata, President of Fayoum University, Prof. Assem El-Essawy, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, and Prof. Sherif El-Attar, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, attended the graduation ceremony for the Faculty of Engineering for the academic year 2025/2026.

The ceremony was also attended by Prof. Mona Soulaiman, Dean of the Faculty; Eng. Islam El-Gioushy, Head of the Engineers Syndicate in Fayoum; Mr. Ahmed Rashad, Secretary General of the University; Prof. Ahmed Serag, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs; Prof. Rania Abu El-Saoud, Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies, Cultural Relations, and Research; Prof. Islam El-Helaly, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development; and a number of faculty members, members of the Engineers Syndicate, graduates, and their families. The ceremony was held on Sunday, July 19, 2026, in the conference hall of the university's central library.

Prof. Sherif El-Attar stated that Fayoum University is committed to graduating highly distinguished students to contribute to the development and advancement of society and serve all its members. He also advised the graduates on the importance of continuing their learning and training, acquiring the experience and skills required by the job market, emphasizing that graduation is just the beginning, not the end. He congratulated the parents, praising their efforts in supporting their children's success throughout their various educational stages.

For her part, Prof. Mona Soulaiman affirmed that Fayoum University's Faculty of Engineering graduates are distinguished both academically and ethically. She stressed the necessity of maintaining conscience and integrity in their work, and affirmed that communication will continue between the faculty administration and the graduates to support them and provide them with what they need as they enter the job market.

Eng. Islam El-Gioushy added that engineers play a prominent role in building nations due to their effective minds capable of innovation and creativity. He emphasized that the Engineers Syndicate is open to all graduates. They are supported by providing them with the workshops, training, and job fairs they need.

At the end of the ceremony, the graduates were honored and presented with shields and certificates of appreciation.
