The
Supreme Council of Universities held its regular meeting, chaired by Dr. Abdel
Aziz Qansouh, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research and Acting
Minister of Culture, in the presence of Dr. Moustafa Rifaat, Secretary of the
Council, and the Council members, at Suez University.
The
Council expressed its gratitude to the Suez University community, headed by Dr.
Ashraf Hanijel, the University President, for hosting the meeting.
The
Council congratulated Dr. Ahmed Abdel-Mawla on his appointment as Acting
President of Assiut University, Dr. Sherif El-Attar on his appointment as
Acting President of Fayoum University, Dr. Ashraf Imam on his appointment as
Acting President of Aswan University, and Dr. Mahmoud Sadiq Hassan on his
appointment as Acting President of Al-Azhar University, wishing them success in
their new roles.
