He emphasized that the project aims to develop the thin-film laboratory
and qualify it for international accreditation through three main axes:
supporting and qualifying the laboratory to comply with the ISO 17025 standard
and measuring the mechanical properties of thin films according to the ASTM
D882-18 standard; preparing and qualifying laboratory staff, administratively
and technically, for basic measurements; and completing accreditation
requirements through EGAC.
